Shipping Policy

FayZen'sKreations processes orders within one to two business days. All orders processed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once notification is received of your order, you will receive an confirmation e-mail. Upon shipping of your order, another notification will be sent that includes the tracking number.

All products up to 10 pounds are shipped free. Products 10.01 to 15 pounds ship for $13.00. Products 16 pounds or more ship for $20.00. 

Please note that additional insurance costs may be added to products priced more than $50.00.

Most products will be shipped via United States Postal Service utilizing the two business day shipping schedule.
